It was an evening of fun, exercise and bonding as the Women in Media Development Initiative rounded off its activities for 2019.

The event which took place at the Bodyroxx Fitness Studio, Abuja attracted Women in Media from all categories of staff: Executive, Senior ,Middle Management and new entrants in the profession.

Wellness Coach and Chief Executive Officer of Winfinite Wealth Limited, Hauwa Huru Alkashim stressed the need for Women in Media to take care of their wellness adding that how they take care of themselves will reflect how they show up in the Society.

Founder of SheForumAfrica, Inimfon Etuk said as the hangout coincided with the 16 days of Activism and campaign to end violence against Women. She then enjoined Women in Media to give their support in ending violence against women and children.

Team Lead of WIMDI, Omolola Oladimeji thanked all participants who turned up for the Fitness Hangout as this platform created opportunity for Women in Media to unwind, network and bond.

Apart from the cardio Dance Sessions, many of the Participants went home with prizes from the raffle draw powered by Ladeo Fitness&Spa, Lace Plus International, Dabbs Media, and Silverbird Cinemas.

It was proudly supported by Winfinite Wealth Limited, Feaz Media, MaubbysPurple Box and BodyRox Fitness Studio.
